Definitions and Interpretations

The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry the meanings set out below. Keep these definitions in mind when reading this document.

1.1 Key Terms

• "Platform" or "Site" — The 99ck website (https://99ck.cam) and all services connected to it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person registered on the platform who has created an account.
• "Account" — A member's personal gaming account created through registration.
• "Balance" — The amount of money held in a member's account.

• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before bonus funds become withdrawable.

In these terms, use of the singular includes the plural and vice versa. The word "written" also includes electronic communications. If any provision appears unclear, the platform's interpretation of that provision shall be considered final.

The platform reserves the right to verify a member's age and identity at any time. A copy of a national identity card, passport or birth certificate may be requested for verification purposes. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Account Registration and Management

The following rules must be strictly followed when creating and managing an account on 99ck.

When creating an account, the member must provide their real name, date of birth, a valid email address and an active mobile number. The platform reserves the right to cancel any account if false or misleading information is provided.

• Sharing the password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

3.4 Updating Account Information

If any of the member's personal details change, the support team must be informed as soon as possible. The platform will not be held responsible for any delays in transactions caused by outdated or incorrect information.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on the 99ck platform are conducted securely and transparently. The detailed terms for deposits and withdrawals are set out below.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

99ck currently accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The digital financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — The mobile banking solution of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Upay — The digital payment service of United Commercial Bank.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• The deposited amount is added to the account balance immediately.
• Only payment accounts registered in the member's own name may be used for deposits.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Process

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals are issued only via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been met.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

99ck offers attractive bonuses and promotions for its members. However, specific terms and conditions apply to each bonus and must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳4,000 will bring the total balance to ৳12,000.

• The welcome bonus applies once only and to one account.
• A designated bonus code or option must be activated to claim the bonus.
• A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the total balance including the bonus becomes withdrawable.
• The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement is counted from the date the bonus is claimed.
• Betting restrictions may apply when playing with bonus funds.

5.2 VIP Program

A three-tier VIP program is available for regular members:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback benefit.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback benefit.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback benefit.

Members can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers through active and regular play.

5.3 General Bonus Provisions

• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, the platform reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account.
• The platform reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any promotional offer.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred directly to another member.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting activities on the platform are subject to the following rules. Members must comply with these regulations.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

99ck is committed to ensuring a fully fair and transparent gaming environment. The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and there is no possibility of manipulation.

6.2 Betting Restrictions

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
• Bet restrictions apply when using bonus balance.
• The platform reserves the right to review cases where an unusual amount is won from a single bet.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a server error, loss of internet connection or any other technical issue, the outcome of that bet will be determined in accordance with the platform's own policy. In such cases, the platform's decision is final.

7.2 Reporting Suspicious Transactions

Account Suspension & Closure

An account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed in the following circumstances.

• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.

9.2 Closure by the Member

9.3 Balance of Closed Accounts

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the bonus balance will be forfeited. However, each case regarding the return of funds deposited in accordance with the rules will be considered individually.

Limitation of Liability

The 99ck platform strives to provide uninterrupted and error-free service. However, the platform's liability is limited in the following areas.

The platform bears no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss arising from a temporary service outage due to maintenance work, technical issues, cyberattacks, or any other reason.

10.2 Internet Connection Issues

If a game or transaction is affected due to a problem with the member's internet connection or device, the responsibility lies entirely with the member.

10.3 Third-Party Services

99ck is not responsible for any loss caused by technical issues originating from payment gateways or game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.).

11.1 Setting Limits
